"Anytime I get a certain cashier everything I order she cannot fulfill my request my husband is allergic to onions anytime I order a cheeseburger for him I always say no onions I've never had an issue she told me they stop doing that weeks ago funny I had just been in there two days prior and I got a cheeseburger with no onions. She told me I had to have everything on it or nothing on it that was my choice. She called over some other woman who confirmed it that's a total joke. The last time I got hurt is my cashier there was something else we ordered that everybody else can do but she says we don't do that. I do everything in my power to avoid this woman but when she's the only one working there I don't have a choice. It's usually very late night when she's working and all I want to do is spend my comp money and go home I'm not going to walk with her. The food is okay once again it's a casino it's not even a coffee shop it's just counter service and go we're sitting a few tables that are there that are never wiped down. I give it four stars I probably would have given it five if I didn't deal with her. Everybody else that works there's very friendly. And I rate things based on the environment like I've said before if you're in a grab and go casino environment you're not going to get five star food or dining. I would much rather eat this than something from a fast food restaurant. Very disappointed that their salads and their pre-wrapped sandwiches are made outside of the building now the chicken salad is made with the most disgusting rubbery chicken I've ever seen in my life. This is limited selections. They used to have the best salad they no longer carry that either. After 10:00 p.m. this is the only choice to eat at at the casino. All things considered it's a four star"

"OK, here’s the deal, I saw those bad reviews before eating here, but this was the only place open serving food. It’s about 1:35 AM on a weekday right now. As you can see in the photos the tomato and onions are fresh. The burger was good and bun was toasted. Fries were crips and good as well. Everything was fresh. It reminded me of In-N-Out (minus the spread). Don’t read those other bogus negative reviews as it almost kept me from eating here. Don’t hesitate going here if you want something quick to eat. The burger is the only thing I’ve had and it’s legit."

"Cash experience. Unfathomably good food and an atmosphere like no other. Margetti ranch was the star of the show. An absolute must have when visiting the area. Don’t forget to bring photo ID if you plan on purchasing chicken strips."

"We had the buffet the night before and it was horrible. Decided to try the grill today. Excellent Rueben basket for $7. Nicely toasted rye, generous meat - kraut - cheese, and delicious seasoned fries. Only odd thing is having to walk into another casino room to get your drinks"

"Where do I start? Open 24/7, granted no other places for food are available in the latter parts of the night and early morning, Mongo isn’t just a last resort, but a haven. Truly exhilarating food, especially the burger, fries, chicken strips, and the worldly Margetti ranch.
